useJeff provides an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant that helps businesses automate customer conversations, take orders, and manage bookings. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use useJeff. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• useJeff is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance each month.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use useJeff to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass customers.
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• Sell counterfeit goods or prohibited products.
• Collect sensitive personal data (passwords, credit card numbers) through the chat.

6. AI Limitations

Jeff is powered by AI and may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses. You are responsible for reviewing your assistant's configuration and the information provided to customers. useJeff is not liable for errors made by the AI assistant.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and customer conversations. By using useJeff, you grant us the right to process this data to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at hello@usejeff.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, useJeff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
